Medical Seats in india As per MCI database report total number of seats in medical college is 76928 seats (532 medical college) of both Government +Private. Add caption Government Medical seats 272 medical college (MBBS) 41388 seats   Private Medical Seats Private total medical college is =  260 Total seats = 35540   Of these 50% private college seats (17740 seats) fees is applicable to 30%  which is similar to government medical college fees.
